What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion, we will:

Permanently delete your account: Your username, password, and profile information will be removed from our system.
Delete personal data: This includes your full name, email address, phone number, and stored preferences.
Keep transaction records: For legal and financial compliance, we retain order history and payment records for 7 years as required by Zambian law.
Anonymize location data: Your historical location data will be anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.
Processing timeline: Your request will be processed within 30 days of submission.
